I have been working in a creative way for almost 20 years in many guises. Actor. Director. Teacher. Facilitator. MC. Program Designer. I am passionate about the process it takes to make something - anything.
Five specific things to know about me
- For over 10 years I taught the Meisner Technique at The Actor's Playhouse. Founded by the amazing Vikki Blanche, this acting studio was one of the first to teach this unique step-by-step non-intellectual acting process in Australia.
- In my first 'official' acting role I played a baby-killing seductress called Estelle. Can you name the play?
- I worked for many years as a life-model. The drawers and painters always felt far more vulnerable and exposed than the naked me.
- I am a qualified couples counsellor and specialise in working with stepfamilies.
- Living in Japan for a year as an exchange student set me on the path towards experiential exploration and away from the life of an intellectual bookworm.
